1.Makes habit of get-up early in the morning. 
Changing some changes in our daily life can changes our whole life so it's better to wake-up at 5 o'clock in morning after that's go for walk & some warm up exercises along with running at least 20min .

Vegetables are vital not just for our healthy living but for the environment also.

Adopting the habits of vegetarian foods tend to improves your digestion, metabolic rate, & easily absorbed by which help to body to extract the nutrient present in the food what we eat. As far as I concerned that's increasing metabolism there is no chance to face digestion related problems like constipation, sour burp etc.
