"In today life style & the routine of having breakfast, lunch & dinner is absolutely different than that's the evidence based on science it's say that the proper time table for such things as according to our residential region can helps to us to live healthier life throughout the cycle till the old age.But due to some misconception & negligence that's many people couldn't understand about it's so because of this lack they gonna be affected from different types of problem one of them Fat problem is one of the most serious problem among all those who fall Such categories so Don't be panic it's a habitual problem & behind every problem there itself hidden a solution so tips that's help you to lose weight naturally In 2 weeks is mentioned here. 
1.Makes habit of get-up early in the morning. 
Changing some changes in our daily life can changes our whole life so it's better to wake-up at 5 o'clock in morning after that's go for walk & some warm up exercises along with running at least 20min . 
2.Take fresh juice of fruits/Take green tea. 

Fruit is generally low in calories and high in fibre which help you lose weight. Usually it seems that fruits which contains citric acid has more beneficial in reducing fats of the body so one of the effective resulted for weight lose fruit is Orange it help to increase the metabolism of the body & body excrete the unwanted substance from the body so have juice of 1 glass in every morning . 
3.Eat raw vegetables in lunch along with your usual food 
Raw Vegetables is one of the best source of high fibres without loose of mineral from it because we take it without cooked so it's contain alots if fibres & Minerals to balance the mechanism of the digestion. 
Before having food you have to take 200g of raw vegetable( plate 1) including Tomato, cucumber, Radish etc. After that you can finish your food plate. 

3.Eat spinach, Green leafy vegetables,mushroom,cauliflower,broccoli etc
These Vegetables contain alots of Mineral which has tremendous result specially in Loosing weight (extra fats) from the body so try it gradually helps you to overcome from over weight problem. 
4.Try intermittent fasting

9.Better To avoid animals protein & junk food 
As we know that many of the dairy products made up of animals protein which contains alots of fats & Junk foods Also have alots so after consumption of it our body not gets sufficient amount of Mineral, nutrion, means a balance diet so without changing the habit of such food we can't overcome from obesity. 
10.Try to adopt Vegan
